This role focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and affiliates while ensuring exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate will collaborate with management to develop business strategies, enhance operations, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture professional relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders, and business affiliates.
• Address and resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with counsellors or instructors in charge.
• Gather client feedback, document interactions, and present actionable reports to management.
• Tailor customer interactions to meet specific needs, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service experience.
• Collaborate with management to develop customer service programs that drive business growth and meet targets.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance both onsite and online operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute (hospitality, commerce, or a related field preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar customer-facing or client servicing role, with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) with a pleasing personality.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
