Job Title: Children’s Programs Specialist (Indoor Playground)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and energetic Children’s Programs Specialist to design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities within our indoor playground. This role focuses on creating a well-rounded program that combines fun, creativity, and early childhood learning to enhance children’s overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement a structured schedule of daily and weekly children’s activities
• Design and lead interactive programs such as arts and crafts workshops, sensory play, storytelling, and early learning activities
• Create engaging experiences that support children’s cognitive, social, and motor skill development
• Adapt activities to suit different age groups and developmental levels
• Prepare materials and set up activity areas in a safe, organized, and visually appealing manner
• Supervise and actively engage with children during activities to ensure a fun and safe environment
• Monitor children’s participation and respond to their needs with care and enthusiasm
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within all activity areas
• Collaborate with the operations team to align programs with seasonal events, themes, and promotions
• Track attendance and provide feedback on program success and areas for improvement
