Job description

  • Assist in overseeing banquet operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests consistently.
  • Responsible of daily banquet set- up as per guest requirements.
  • Reports to the Operations Manager or relevant supervisor
  • Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedures.
  • Deliver all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues to maintain guest notification.
  • Facilitate procedures to take orders from visitors in systematic way and ensure compliance to all regulations and standards of department

Skills

  • Proven experience as a banquet planner or organizer
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Arabic speaker
  • Prefer candidate (Born in Qatar) OR ( Children of Qatari mothers).
