Will be responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of the construction and renovation of buildings and structures. This role combines expertise in both architectural design and engineering to ensure functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design and modeling tools.
Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional Engineering (PE) or Architect License.
Experience in green building and sustainability practices.
Familiarity with BIM processes and tools.
