* Develop architectural and engineering designs, from initial concepts to final completion.
* Coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, and contractors to meet design objectives and ensure timely delivery.
* Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for all phases of projects.
* Conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Collaborate on design modifications and guarantee adherence to quality control procedures.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and local regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Nationality: Filipino or Indian (Male Only)
* Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in UAE-based architectural and engineering projects.
* Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and local construction practices.
* Software Proficiency: Very fast and excellent practice on AutoCAD + Photoshop + Illustrator.
* Communication: Fluent in English with high communication skills.
* Location Preference: Based in Sharjah preferred.
* Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
* Traits: Detail-oriented, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
