Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and presentations for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation.
• Incorporate regional architectural traditions, cultural requirements, and sustainability principles into designs.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients, authorities, and project teams.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
• Support permit applications and approvals with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional architectural license or registration (preferred, depending on country requirements).
• 3–10+ years of architectural design and project management experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of regional building regulations and construction practices.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Adobe Photoshop
• Lumion
• Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
