We are seeking a dedicated Accommodation and Housing Officer to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar, within the Sports & Outdoor Activities sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our employees have access to quality housing and accommodations that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing housing arrangements, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local housing regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage housing arrangements for employees, ensuring timely and efficient placement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding accommodation inquiries and issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of housing allocations, contracts, and employee preferences.
- Collaborate with local real estate agents and property managers to secure suitable housing options.
- Provide support and guidance to employees during the relocation process, including orientation to the local area.
- Ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations, keeping up to date with any changes.
- Assist in resolving any housing-related disputes or issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement housing policies and procedures to enhance the accommodation process.
