We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Operations and Sales Executive to support our expanding business in Saudi Arabia. This part-time role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to provide both ground support and remote assistance for ongoing and new projects. The role includes attending in-person and virtual meetings, managing sales interactions, and ensuring smooth operational execution across key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Meeting Support: Attend pre-scheduled in-person and online meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
● Sales Coordination: Assist in sales activities, including lead follow-ups, client interactions, and deal coordination.
● Operational Support: Provide on-the-ground assistance for active projects, ensuring smooth execution and resolving operational issues proactively.
● Client Engagement: Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
● Administrative Tasks: Support documentation, reporting, and communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
● Flexibility & Adaptability: Be available for additional hours based on business needs, compensated on an hourly basis beyond the 20-hour commitment.
Requirements:
● Based in Saudi Arabia with the ability to attend in-person meetings as required.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision.
● Prior experience in sales, operations, or business development is a plus.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
● Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic tools and online collaboration platforms.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
● Commitment: 20 hours per month (flexible scheduling)
● Compensation: 1,000 SAR/month
● Additional Hours: Available on a pro-rata hourly basis upon agreement
