We looking for a HR Trainee to join our team!




Important information:



- 9 months internship (starts on September 2026, ends on June 2027)



- Full time position (40 hours per week)



- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance




Responsibilities - your mission 




Talent Management Support Trainee: 



  • Your Mission is to support the delivery of high-quality technical and functional assistance for our talent platforms, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values of excellence and reliability.



  • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in HR Operations and Digital Support through the following tasks:



  • Internal Client Contact: Act as a first point of contact for employees and HR business partners, providing professional and empathetic guidance on talent platform usage.



  • Ticket Resolution: Assist the manage and resolve support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), troubleshooting issues related to performance modules, learning platforms, or recruitment tools.



  • Knowledge Base (KB) Optimization: Regularly review and update internal and external support articles to ensure content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with current processes.



  • Mailbox Management: Monitor and organize team functional mailboxes, prioritizing urgent requests and ensuring no query goes unanswered.



  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify recurring pain points and suggest optimizations to enhance the overall employee experience.



  • Compliance & Value Alignment: Uphold Airbus values and strictly adhere to compliance standards in every interaction, ensuring a secure and reliable experience for the global workforce.




HR Operations Team: 



  • Support HR Administration activities related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Benefits Administration in compliance with Company policies and labor law and Collective Agreements rules.



  • Enter data into SAP or Workday /manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, absence justification)



  • Resolve tickets related to Payroll, Time Management and Benefits Administration 



  • Monitor(Robotic Process Automation (RPA) performance for existing applications




Requirements - our ideal candidate will have 



  • Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;



  • Relevant degree for the area;



  • Organised, with attention to detail and accuracy;



  • Integrity;



  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written



  • Ability to work collaboratively



  • Language: English - Advanced level 



  • Another European language is a plus



  • Versatility to work with different technical tools



  • Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance



  • Results oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
