You Will:


  • Monitor and troubleshoot SSP integrations, resolve technical issues, and analyze data to identify trends or anomalies. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance. Use querying tools (E.g. SQL) to dig into log-level data and support operational improvements.
  • Manage communication with SSP partners, respond to operational requests, and prepare insights for partner reviews. Maintain clear documentation and contribute to smooth, informed collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support evaluation and onboarding of new partners. Assess inventory quality and uniqueness, monitor for duplication, and maintain accurate records of supply configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure partner adherence to privacy regulations and internal brand safety standards. Monitor restricted verticals and support enforcement in collaboration with legal and policy teams.
  • Assist with invoice validation, revenue reconciliation, and investigation of billing discrepancies using data analysis and cross-functional coordination.

Desired Experience: 


  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech operations, or SSP/DSP partnerships, with a track record of managing external relationships that span both technical and commercial domains
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; experience with SQL or similar querying tools (proficiency a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of programmatic infrastructure, including SSPs, Prebid, auction mechanics, and familiarity with oRTB bid request/response formats
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical, business, and partner-facing teams
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams
