The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, performance, and security of our systems, cloud environments, and networks, ensuring high availability and business continuity across all IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, and Hybrid Infrastructure environments.
- Oversee Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies across multiple sites.
- Administer and monitor Backup solutions (Veeam, AFI, Azure backups) ensuring data integrity and recovery compliance.
- Manage Storage Area Networks and virtualized environments (VMware vSphere) for optimal performance.
- Handle Server provisioning, patching, and performance tuning for Windows and Linux systems.
- Maintain Zabbix monitoring systems, ensuring proactive system and service health checks.
- Manage AX-D365, ADFS, and MFA integrations.
- Administer printer/scanner systems, access control, NVR/CCTV, UPS, and telephony systems (Avaya, and Cloud base Extensions).
- Oversee cloud subscriptions (GoDaddy, SiteGround, Network Solutions, Zoho, Amazon, TeamViewer, Pingdom, Atlassian, SMTP2Go).
- Handle SSL certificates, domain renewals(GoDaddy), hosting management(NetworkSolutions), and license compliance.
Network Administration
- Configure, manage, and optimize SD-WAN infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity across global sites.
- Administer and maintain Fortinet firewalls, including configuration of SSL VPNs, site-to-site VPNs, and FortiAnalyzer for log analysis and reporting.
- Manage Cisco switches, Ruckus SmartZone, and Ruckus access points (APs) for enterprise-grade Wi-Fi connectivity and wireless network optimization.
- Oversee network monitoring tools such as Syslog, Pingdom, PingPlotter, and Zabbix to ensure proactive fault detection and response.
- Maintain and update network topology diagrams, public/private IP address management, VLAN configurations, and routing tables.
- Administer Avaya SBC and telephony network integration for unified communications.
- Manage Network Configuration Management (NCM) and version control for all network devices.
- Ensure secure and efficient separate network (mobile firewall)and remote connectivity management through SD-WAN policies and VPN control.
- Lead periodic network performance audits, firewall backups, and redundancy tests to maintain business continuity and security compliance.
Cloud & Security Management
- Manage Azure resources, VM backups, and cloud subscription ownership.
- Implement and monitor security policies, endpoint protection, and access control.
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity readiness through periodic simulations.
- Manage hybrid Active Directory integrations and enforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide IT support for enterprise tools like Microsoft Teams, D365, Meeting Room 365, and enterprise Apps Integrations.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners for upgrades, escalations, and SLA adherence.
- Prepare documentation for infrastructure layouts, system configurations, and process improvements.
