Job Title: Senior Recruiter Job Type: Full-time Location: Lahore/ Islamabad Timings: 5 PM - 2 AM PKT Role Summary: The Recruiter – Sales & Technical Hiring is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on Sales positions and technical roles.
This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to assess both commercial and technical talent effectively.
The ideal candidate is target-driven, organized, and capable of building strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for primarily Sales roles (e.
g., Business Development Executives, Account Executives, SDRs, Territory Managers, Sales Managers).
Support hiring for technical roles , including NOC (Network Operations Center) and SOC (Security Operations Center) positions, preferably.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, performance expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
Evaluate sales candidates on KPIs such as revenue targets, pipeline management, client acquisition, and quota attainment.
Coordinate technical assessments and collaborate with technical teams for NOC/SOC candidate evaluations.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback consolidation, and candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, hiring pipeline status, and quality of hire.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for ongoing sales and technical hiring needs.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Sales hiring ; experience in technical hiring.
Good understanding of sales structures, commission models, targets, and performance metrics.
Good understanding of networking, cybersecurity, or IT support environments roles.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and referral channels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
