Sr. Project Manager




The Project Manager at Systems Limited leads and delivers complex IT initiatives across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This role requires expertise in Agile and traditional methodologies, strong cross-functional coordination, and a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.




Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.



  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver project outcomes.



  • Apply suitable project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project requirements.

Qualifications




Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.



Experience
8–10 years of experience managing IT projects with proven success in Agile and hybrid delivery models.



Technical Expertise



  • Proficiency in Agile and traditional project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps).



  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT delivery frameworks.



  • Experience coordinating across multiple functions including development, QA, and business teams.



Skills



  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
