Role Overview


We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with hands-on digital marketing exposure who can independently manage the US market, own revenue targets, lead SDRs, and actively contribute to strategy-level sales conversations. This role is not limited to selling services—it demands business thinking, market understanding, and strong execution discipline. 


  1. 4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing services
  2. Direct experience selling to US-based clients
  3. Strong working knowledge of digital marketing offerings (paid media, SEO, lead generation, funnels, email marketing, CRO, etc.)
  4. Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar
  5. Ability to book demos, lead sales calls, present strategies, and close deals
  6. Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to: Analyze lead quality Estimate ROI Provide on-the-spot marketing advice to prospects
  7. Experience in generating, nurturing, and closing leads using multiple lead generation channels
  8. Willingness to work US-facing hours when required.




Sales Execution Responsibilities


  1. Book and conduct demos with US prospects
  2. Lead discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions
  3. Present sales pitches and digital marketing strategies confidently
  4. Prepare: Proposals Sales scripts Documentation Pricing justifications
  5. Handle multiple prospects and clients simultaneously without drop-offs
  6. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals and commitments

Salary: Market Competitive


Working Days / Time: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM PKT, Aligned with 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST
