Eligibility 


Qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute / university.
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Key Responsibilities


  • Managing and handling Roshan Digital customer portfolios
  • Addressing customer queries and providing efficient support 
  • Assisting customers with RDA-related investment opportunities (INPC, PSX, etc.) 
  • Performing periodic KYC reviews and updating customer records, while identifying potential cross-selling opportunities
