Job Purpose



You will join our Quality Control team in Pakistan to learn and apply analytical and microbiological testing. You will run routine lab tests, manage samples, keep clear records and follow safety and good laboratory practices. You will work closely with lab colleagues, technical leads and quality partners. Responsibilities



  • Support in Performing routine analytical and microbiological testing of incoming materials, in-process samples and finished products.
  • Manage sample receipt, labeling, storage, disposition and maintain integrity of reference standards.
  • Record test results and maintain laboratory notebooks and electronic records using good documentation practices.
  • Support in preparing reagents and media, assist with basic instrument checks and routine maintenance.
  • Follow laboratory procedures, safety rules and regulatory expectations for good manufacturing and laboratory practices.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and contribute to assigned projects.

Education, Experience and Skills



  • Master`s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, B-Pharm, Pharm-D or related field.
  • Fresh or up to 1 year of laboratory experience.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and good laboratory practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with GMP or GLP principles and laboratory documentation.
  • Experience with laboratory information systems such as LIMS or SAP.
  • Practical experience with analytical instruments and routine checks.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork, openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new techniques.
