Job description

  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the IT Operations department.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT Operations and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, issue logs, and risk registers.
  • Generate and present reports and dashboards for senior management and leadership meetings.
  • Support resource allocation and utilization tracking within the IT Operations.
  • Participate in incident and change management processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and SLAs.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within IT Operations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closures of action items arising from leadership or stakeholder meetings.

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:  1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.

Skills:


  • Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Office, Confluence).
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills using MS Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
