The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a pivotal role in planning, scheduling, executing, supporting, and monitoring multi-country HR transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with RB standards, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement, and benefit realization.
• Be responsible for end to end project management activates.
• Lead project tracking and communication across geographies.
• Provide timely status updates and actionable feedback to senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary liaison for local teams, including handling inquiries and invoicing.
• Drive issue resolution and develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Ensure robust governance and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Formulate, organize, and oversee multiple projects across regions and manage interdependencies wherever needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Report progress in accordance with the defined governance framework.
• Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional working groups.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Technology teams to maintain accurate resource forecasts.
• Make informed decisions based on available data and stakeholder input.
• Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and actions through structured logs.
• Oversee change control processes and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with teams (globally) to address country-specific requirements.
• Act as a liaison and backup for other PMO functions to ensure seamless coordination.
• Customize processes to meet local needs while adhering to global project standards.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking in program execution.
• Ensure timely updates of dashboards and reports in line with reporting schedules.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management framework.
• Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 10-15 years of PMO experience preferably in HR & Payroll projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or Prince2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
• Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Quick learner with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
