About the job MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

People Is looking for Maintenance Engineer, who will be the guardian of our high-speed production lines. Will lead the technical upkeep of our facility, ensuring that our advanced Gravure and slitting machinery operates at peak efficiency to meet global demand.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Asset Management: Lead the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of high-speed gravure printing and slitting machines.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to reduce downtime, eliminate waste, and optimize machine performance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Oversee complex repairs in PLC systems, electrical circuits, and mechatronic components to ensure seamless production.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track maintenance KPIs, manage spare parts inventory, and provide actionable insights for life-cycle management.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

What We're Looking For


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, specifically within a Printing or Packaging firm.
  • Technical Edge: Expertise in BI tools for data-driven reporting is a significant asset.
  • Core Skills: Proven track record in Six Sigma or Kaizen projects. Expert-level knowledge of industrial automation and electrical systems.
  • Mindset: A passion for innovation, a "continuous improvement" attitude, and a "first-time-right" approach to repairs.
