Job description

Position Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.


Key responsibilities: 


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process across all functions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles. 
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs to build employee capability.
  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare regular reports on headcount, attrition, and performance trends.
  • Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.


  • Supervise payroll, attendance, and benefits administration. 


Requirements:


  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience. 
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and performance management frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
