This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Hybrid Media Works. HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy, attendance management and compliance. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.


  • Develop and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees, including orientation sessions and exit interviews.


  • Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive HR policies and procedures tailored to our company’s needs and regulatory requirements.


  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure a positive and productive work environment.


  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.


  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration tasks.


  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating the job descriptions by working with the Head of HR/Reporting Manager. He/she will notify all significant changes in the job description to Department Manager/Head


  • Act as an administrator in HR System for employee records, evaluation programs, and updating employee information in the system


  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.



Requirements
  • Fresh Graduate 06 months experience


  • Bachelors’ degree in HR


  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment.


  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.


  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
