About the role:



Step into the exciting world of finance with this entry-level position. As an O2C Credit Controller, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, focusing on maintaining strong business relationships while working towards Haleon’s objectives in a compliant and efficient manner




Role responsibilities:



  • Monitor customer accounts to identify potential risks.:



  • Monitor and chase overdue invoices



  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes.



  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.



  • Ensure accurate and timely allocation of cash receipts to customer accounts.



  • Build strong relationships with customers to maintain positive business relationships.



  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and answer queries.



  • Focus on validation and processing of documents from dedicated portfolio of our vendors,



  • Providing support to our partners and keeping their information up to date in our systems




Candidate profile:



  • Bachelor/master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting



  • 1+ year of experience in order to cash, accounting, customer service, banking or reporting area.



  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) will be a plus



  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel (operating on big data).



  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



  • Strong attention to detail.
