Channel Manager

Job Scope


We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to drive partner engagement, sales growth, and vendor alignment across the Pakistan region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT distribution, with hands-on experience in both sales and product management within the same industry.




Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators across Pakistan
  • Drive revenue growth by executing sales strategies and achieving assigned targets
  • Work closely with vendors to align product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem
  • Support partners with product knowledge, solution positioning, and deal closures
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting to management
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution


Position Requirements
  • Existing relationships with key partners in Pakistan market
  • Experience with leading OEMs in the IT infrastructure space


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or any other related field.




Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or product management
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (servers, storage, networking, or security)
  • Proven track record in partner management and revenue achievement
  • Experience working with vendors and managing product portfolios
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive business in a competitive market
