Executing an On-Ground Payments Ecosystem: To execute the development of an end-to-end on-ground payments ecosystem driven by JazzCash mobile wallets, with a focus on establishing a robust network of payment acceptance points and facilitating merchant-to-distributor (M2D) payments.
Strategic Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategies for the expansion of business operations, identifying new market segments and opportunities for growth.
Market Analysis & Identification of New Opportunities: Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Propose solutions to address market loopholes and enhance business efficiency.
Sales Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Lead, coach, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets and align with broader business objectives.
Strategic Planning & Objective Setting: Develop strategic plans, set clear objectives, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to ensure focus and alignment.
Relationship Management & Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to foster business growth and collaborations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management for informed decision-making.
Training & Development Initiatives: Implement training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, ensuring readiness to meet business objectives.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies across business operations.

What we are we looking for and what does it require to be a Business Development Manager?
Education & Experience ·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
·       Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or sales management, ideally within FMCG, Telecommunications, or related industries.
·       Proven experience in team leadership and management.
·       Expertise in Distribution Management and Key Stakeholder Engagement.
