About the Role

We are a growing apparel manufacturing company looking for a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer who understands production-level design, not just creative visuals.

This is a hands-on role working directly with our production team to ensure all designs are accurate, scalable, and factory-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create professional apparel mockups (front, back, detail views)
  • Design logos, graphics, and garment artwork
  • Prepare screen printing files with correct sizing and placement
  • Perform accurate color separations
  • Deliver print-ready files (AI, PSD, vector formats)
  • Coordinate with production to ensure design feasibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience in apparel design and production workflows
  • Strong command of:
  • Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Solid understanding of:

  • Color separation techniques
  • Print sizing and placement accuracy
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow exact specifications
