About Company:
The client is one of the largest integrated sugar manufacturers in India and a market leader in our engineering businesses, spanning power transmission, water & wastewater treatment solutions, and defence.
An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and accepting quality assurance activities related to measurement acceptance, control of forging raw material quality, forging ultrasonic (nondestructive) testing, heat‑treatment process inspection and control, and metallurgical laboratory activities including AMC, calibration, and verification.
Key Competencies:
1.Inspection of forging raw material quality as per standard – chemical composition, grain size, phase analysis, hardness, dim, visual, etc.
2.Inspection (case depth, case core hardness and microstructure , hardness gradient etc)
3.To suggest and coordinate corrections to deviating process /product parameters.
4.Maintenance of metallurgical lab equipment’s and ensure timely calibration as necessary.
5.Handling of instruments
6.Candidate should have good knowledge of non-destructive testing with SNT TC-1A/ASNT level II or equivalent certificate in UT.
