Job description: 


Manage teamwork assignments, workload, and work forecasting for assigned projects.


Manage Project department and leading his team in executing the projects.


Manage the financial status and budgeting of all Contacts.


Review and approve all additional works raised by different Contractors.


Monitor the progress of the projects throughout regular meetings, visits, etc.


Resolve issues related to the Contractors & Monitoring their performance.


Report to Company Management through the regular forums to provide the status and concerns of each project.


Interface with other Company departments; Contract and Operation department and addressing all issues related to different projects.


Interface with stakeholders like Ministries of Energy,and Finance, Electricity Authorities, Free zone Authorities etc.


Monitor capital projects of the Company by ensuring completion on time and within budget, quality and HSE set targets.


Prepare for Tender documents, evaluation, award & execution of capital & consultancy Contacts.


Supervise the work of the EPC Contractors & Consultants, checking and certifying of execution documentation & reports.


Certify EPC Contractors and Consultants payments.


Liaison with Government and other agencies as required for Company activities.


Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Company


Assist other sections within the organization with technical support where needed.


Ensure activities are performed in accordance with established Company Quality procedures, HSE Codes and standards and recognized industry standards.


Implement and adhere to HSE programs associated with Company Quality System policies and ensure that all staff working at the facilities adheres to these standards.


Provide immediate reporting to the Projects Manager regarding any HSE incident, accident, and non-conformances involving company staff, sub-Consultant staff and/or any company facilities and equipment.


Bachelor Degree in Engineering.


The minimum experience is 15 years as overall in Clean energy and power generation projects, which should include:


At least 10 years as Projects Manager in the Clean energy and power generation industry.


Experienced with tendering, evaluation of tenders, budgeting contract management and working with contracts and sub-Consultants.


Strong ability to monitor, train and build relationships.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
