Construction Lead
 
Contract period: 01.05.2026 - 05.08.2026
Location: Offshore

Main tasks:
  • Ensure VE field attendance during nightshift, attend all contractor shift meetings
  • Follow up HSE, Quality and work progress together with Contractor
  • Lead and assist contractor to look for improvement areas
  • Act in accordance with Company core values and HSE program
  • Company representative during nightshift
  • Ensure and assist contractor that activities are timely planned and executed
  • Actively cooperate with the project team during execution of Commissioning and Construction
  • Plan activities together with the Contractor’s organisation in accordance with established procedures and plans
  • Ensure activities are in accordance with Company and Contractor requirements for “Safe Execution of Work”
  • Undertake a review of previous lessons learned and the incorporation of relevant lessons learned into project planning
  • 2/4 rotation night

Qualifications:
  • University degree in Engineering, long extensive experience can compensate for lack of formal education
  • Preferred FROSIO certified
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as lead or manager within larger development projects
