This role ensures that every unit of inventory is properly received, stored, tracked, and dispatched in full alignment with system and operational standards, from procurement through to final delivery.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management within the FMCG food sector
• Mandatory: Proven experience in frozen or cold-chain environments
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-location inventory operations
• African market experience is a strong advantage • Experience in route-based distribution and fleet stock control is highly preferred
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or a similar ERP system)
• In depth understanding of: ◦ FEFO principles in frozen and dairy environments ◦ Batch, lot, and expiry management ◦ Inventory reconciliation and variance analysis methodologies
