Execute aggressive outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage passive candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure perfect alignment on candidate profiles.
Maintain meticulous documentation of interview outcomes and recruiter notes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
