This is a critical role within an engineering services firm where speed, technical literacy, and persistence are the keys to success.
You will be responsible for navigating the high-tech landscape to identify, engage, and place specialized experts who help our clients accelerate their product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities Deep-dive into technical requirements to understand specific tech stacks, tools, and environments for diverse engineering roles.
Drive high-volume sourcing and outreach, maintaining a KPI of at least 2 quality submissions per day.
Execute rapid-response recruitment, ensuring given roles are fulfilled within a 48-hour window.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process within the ATS, from initial sourcing and screening to coordination and offer stages.
Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural alignment.
Execute aggressive outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage passive candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure perfect alignment on candidate profiles.
Maintain meticulous documentation of interview outcomes and recruiter notes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves Proficiency in French (written and verbal).
Experience using Loxo as an ATS.
Direct experience in contract negotiation.
Background or familiarity with the Telecommunications sector.
