Job :

As the primary manager of assets for a cluster of stores, the technician is responsible for all activities aimed at maintaining or restoring equipment to keep it in good working order, while meeting objectives in terms of cost, hygiene, quality, and safety. Your main missions will be:



  • To meticulously and rigorously apply the preventive maintenance program for all equipment prescribed by the technical department management.
  • To ensure the necessary records are kept so that they reflect all work carried out, both preventive and corrective.
  • To report any technical malfunctions to management in real time, proposing an analysis, diagnosis, and action plan for their resolution.
  • To report any technical incidents to management in real time.
  • To carry out tasks requested by management or the store cluster within deadlines, according to the complaint handling system.
  • To monitor and assist external service providers with their technical interventions, while ensuring the associated administrative documentation (delivery notes, intervention reports, etc.).
  • To respect the work schedule (hours, leave, rest) developed by their line manager.
  • To inventory, assess the condition of assets, and be responsible for the management and good upkeep of assets according to the templates established by their line manager.

  • To ensure compliance with safety and hygiene instructions and measures.

  • To ensure technical objectives are met (energy savings, budget monitoring and involvement, complaint handling, etc.).
  • To provide interim cover or assistance in other sites if needed.
  • To be reachable and available at all times if needed.
  • To respect and apply all technical and organizational procedures.
  • To assist and participate in technical meetings.
  • To keep technical and historical documentation well-organized and filed.
  • To monitor remodeling and extension work, handle reservations, and receive assets and work (provisional and final).
  • To monitor and control service providers (cleaning, pest control, waste management, gardening).
  • To propose a portfolio of local service providers.

Required profile :
  • Holder of a Bac + 2/3 diploma from ISTA. Refrigeration technician (air conditioning and industrial refrigeration).
  • You have technical skills in industrial maintenance (industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, electromechanics, building, etc.).
  • You master workplace safety and hygiene rules and measures.
  • Good knowledge of office software.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and sense of responsibility.
  • Responsive.
