Job :

We are looking for an experienced and rigorous Restoration Supervisor (H/F) to join our Accommodation and Admissions Department at UIR Hospital. He/She will be responsible for the quality of the catering service for patients and staff of UIR hospital.



Your main responsibilities will be:



  • Supervise the quality of the catering service provided to patients and staff.
  • Coordinate activities between hospital departments and the catering provider to ensure needs are met.
  • Collaborate with hospital dietitians on the dietary aspects of the catering service (quality control).
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards according to hospital requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the sanitary control plan and current procedures.
  • Oversee compliance with the food offering according to the contract with the provider (variety, type of food, service levels, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the quality department in conducting audits and ensuring patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in catering-related committees and propose improvements to continuously enhance the service provided.

Required profile :
  • 2-3 years of higher education in hotel management or catering.
  • +5 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility or as a restaurant manager.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in catering and the HACCP method.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
