- Receive all reservations made by phone, email
- Provide personalized welcome upon customer request
- Quickly identify customer needs by offering a suitable solution and arguments to establish a quote and do everything possible to close the sale
- Carry out all administrative follow-up operations for these reservations
- Take reservations with precision and rigor, respecting brand standards
- Convey the image of the establishment and the identity points of the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort group brand.
- Respect and apply the hotel's pricing and RM policies
- Actively participate in the development of your department's revenue while respecting the commercial strategy.
- Proactive, dynamic, and independent.
- Customer service oriented.

- Good interpersonal skills, excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and new technologies
- Perfectly bilingual, a third language is a plus
