Your responsibilities will include managing a team of recruiters, developing and tracking key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for various positions. You will also be responsible for promoting our employer brand.
A Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training. A strong understanding of HR issues and the specifics of recruitment in the technology sector is expected.
Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in recruitment is essential. A significant portion of this experience should have been gained in a team management or recruitment process supervision role.
