Join a dynamic IT company, located in the heart of Casablanca, as a Recruitment Team Lead. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team and shape the future of our talent pool. Your role will be central in attracting and selecting the best profiles to support our growth.

Your responsibilities will include managing a team of recruiters, developing and tracking key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for various positions. You will also be responsible for promoting our employer brand.

• Lead the overall recruitment strategy.
• Manage, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
• Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative recruitment goals.
• Optimize sourcing channels and employer branding.
• Maintain constant awareness of best market practices.

A Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training. A strong understanding of HR issues and the specifics of recruitment in the technology sector is expected.

Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in recruitment is essential. A significant portion of this experience should have been gained in a team management or recruitment process supervision role.
