Main missions:




As part of our field activities, we are looking for a Planner / Optimizer responsible for coordinating and optimizing field interventions.



As such, your main missions will be:



Plan and organize field interventions (after-sales service, installations, VTV, maintenance)
Ensure appointment scheduling with customers, taking operational constraints into account
Optimize technician routes (geographic areas, priorities, emergencies)
Monitor the progress of interventions and adjust the schedule in real-time
Ensure coordination between technical teams, logistics, and customers
Verify the availability of necessary equipment for interventions
Approve, if necessary, orders for parts required for operations
Manage unforeseen events and ensure customer satisfaction





Required profile :

Profile sought:



Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in logistics, management, or equivalent
Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating interventions
Good command of IT tools (Excel, planning tools, ERP)
Organizational skills, responsiveness, and priority management
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
