The Payroll Manager will be in charge of the entire payroll process for employees under the French system, including:



Payroll Management:



  • Collect and verify variable payroll elements (overtime, absences, bonuses, etc.)
  • Calculate payroll and social contributions according to French law
  • Prepare payslips and social declarations (DSN, URSSAF, CSG, CRDS...)
  • Manage payroll adjustments and corrections

Declarations and Compliance:



  • Make monthly and annual social declarations
  • Ensure payroll practices comply with French law and collective agreements
  • Update procedures according to legal changes

Personnel Administration:



  • Oversee employee files (contracts, amendments, absences, leave, etc.)

Reporting and HR Support:
