Job :

Reporting to the Staff Administration department and working with our external providers, you will be responsible for managing HR administration and payroll (for approximately 700 employees), while ensuring compliance with current legislation.




Payroll Management:



  • Collect, verify, and enter variable elements
  • Transmit elements to the provider according to the defined schedule
  • Perform various checks, identify anomalies, and ensure corrections
  • Follow monthly closings
  • Prepare salary advances
  • Prepare administrative exit documents

Staff Administration (ADP):



  • Create and update employee files
  • Draft and follow up on all contractual documents: contracts, amendments, transfer agreements, certificates, various letters, work certificates, etc.
  • Ensure data entry and follow-up of HR tables
  • Enter absences in the software
  • Manage the administrative procedures for disciplinary actions (sanctions, dismissals, end of probation period)
  • Prepare disciplinary meetings and interactions with the Labor Inspectorate (transmission of sanctions).

Legal watch and reporting:



  • Ensure regulatory watch in social law and payroll matters
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and ensuring the reliability and confidentiality of data

Required profile :

With a Bac+3 degree in Human Resources, you have significant and confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.



The essential qualities to successfully carry out these tasks will be: adaptability and organization, rigor and reactivity, ability to be proactive, to show initiative, to work within a team, good interpersonal skills, proficiency in office tools, good knowledge of the Labor Code, discretion and a sense of confidentiality. Finally, mastery of the French language (written/oral) is mandatory.
