Centrale Danone is recruiting an Operations Manager (M/F) to support operational performance, strengthen industrial excellence, and drive continuous improvement across its regional industrial network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly performance cycle by consolidating results from the entire supply chain, including production
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as PR, productivity, losses, safety indicators, forecast accuracy (FA), DIO
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all African markets
- Identify performance gaps and produce actionable analyses for the CBUs
- Support factories in achieving productivity, efficiency, quality, and service level objectives
- Monitor supply chain reliability: planning accuracy, customer service level, logistics performance, and warehousing KPIs
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional transformation projects (digitalization, automation, planning tools, industrial systems, etc.)
- Act as a key partner in deploying global tools, methodologies, and best practices within Africa Dairy
- Support skills development: training local teams on KPIs, analysis tools, and governance processes
- Own the Ops performance dashboard and manage the reporting cadence
- Ensure alignment with Danone's global and regional reporting requirements
Required profile :
- Approximately 8 years of experience in Operations roles such as production, supply chain, purchasing, or operations planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, make decisions, and drive results by mobilizing cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in multicultural environments and managing diverse stakeholders.
