Your Missions:



  • Management and resolution of Data & Voice technical incidents to ensure customer service continuity
  • Analysis of network malfunctions and implementation of appropriate workarounds
  • Coordination of interventions with access providers, installers, and technical partners
  • Monitoring and management of field interventions and escalation to level 3 if necessary
  • Proactive and regular communication with clients on incident progress
  • Carrying out reports, summaries, and participating in the continuous improvement of processes
  • Support for network environments: Cisco/Huawei routers, Fortinet security, Meraki, SD-WAN, fixed telephony, and Voice/Data solutions


Required profile :

Technical Skills:



  • Knowledge of fixed networks
  • Proficiency in fiber (FTTH/FTTO) and xDSL infrastructures
  • Good knowledge of MPLS
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN technology
  • Proficiency in fixed voice protocols
  • B2B client communication

Soft Skills:



  • Excellent oral communication
  • Good written communication
