Hexcel is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager for our Casablanca, Morocco location.


The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:


  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and contributing to decision-making in management meetings.
  • Provide expert coaching to line managers on complex employee relations issues (absence management, disciplinary matters, employment legislation), ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices at the Morocco site remain compliant with evolving legislation. Lead the development, communication, and implementation of new policies that support organizational goals.
  • Monitor absenteeism and workforce trends, providing insights and recommendations to management. Use data-driven analysis to anticipate risks and propose proactive solutions.
  • Identify recruitment needs, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and oversee onboarding programs that accelerate integration and engagement of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring reliable reporting for leadership decision-making.
  • Lead the appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and actionable outcomes. Partner with managers to identify learning needs and design development initiatives.
  • Develop talent pipelines, implement succession plans, and drive retention strategies for critical roles to secure long-term organizational capability.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with compensation strategies.
  •  Lead and contribute to HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.

Qualifications:


  • HR degree from: ENCG, ISCAE, HEM, or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Psychology, or legal Relations.
  • 15+ years of HR experience is typically required, with at least 8 years in supervisory or managerial roles in manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record in employee relations, talent management, and organizational change. Experience with HRIS systems, compliance, and workforce analytics
  • Fluent in Arabic, French & English
  • Leadership influence – partnering with executives and shaping organizational strategy
  • Data-driven HR – using analytics to guide decisions on absenteeism, turnover, and retention
  • Strategic workforce planning – aligning talent pipelines with business growth.
