Looking for an HR administration intern
Participate in the administrative management of staff (employee files, contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.).
Ensure follow-up of absences, leaves, and late arrivals.
Update HR databases and dashboards (headcount, movements, etc.).
Contribute to the preparation of variable payroll elements.
Participate in welcoming and integrating new employees.
Support the HR team in organizing internal events and HR communication actions.
Assist in ensuring HR documents comply with current regulations.
