Reporting to the Head of the Referencing, Purchasing, and General Services Department, he/she will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensure the operational management of the head office's general services;
- Ensure the maintenance, upkeep, and security of the premises;
- Monitor development projects for the head office;
- Manage service providers and subcontractors, monitor their contracts, and evaluate the quality of services provided;
- Organize and monitor the runs and travel of couriers;
- Ensure the management, monitoring, and maintenance of the vehicle fleet;
- Support internal entities in depositing their archives;
- Monitor the fixed assets of the head office;
- Implement eco-responsible practices;
- Prepare specifications for consultations and tenders falling within the scope of general services;
- Keep general services reporting up to date;
- In general, ensure the execution of all his/her missions in compliance with the company's operational constraints, internal procedures, and current regulations.
• Basic knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to general services (safety, hygiene, maintenance, service provision) and purchasing;
