As part of strengthening our sales team, we are recruiting Counter Sales Agents in Casablanca. This is an opportunity to actively contribute to our growth and develop your commercial skills in a stimulating environment.



The main objective of this position is to ensure excellent customer service while actively participating in the development of turnover. You will be a key player in customer loyalty and in achieving our commercial objectives.



Your main tasks will include:



  • Welcoming and advising customers at the counter: receiving customers, listening to their needs and offering them suitable solutions.
  • Processing orders and ensuring delivery follow-up: checking stocks, validating the order on the system, and tracking customer orders until delivery.
  • Ensuring administrative management: preparing quotes, purchase orders.
  • Managing customer information requests and complaints professionally.
  • Participating in sales and managing dormant stocks.

Required profile :

A Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in a specialization focused on Sales.



Previous professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is highly appreciated.
