Job :
  • Assist the Sommelier in the daily management of the wine cellar.
  • Prepare and set tables, ensuring the cleanliness and availability of glassware and accessories.
  • Welcome guests and help them choose drinks, suggesting suitable food and wine pairings.
  • Participate in receiving and storing wine deliveries, ensuring proper storage conditions are met.
  • Contribute to inventory management and stock tracking.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating their needs and responding courteously to their requests.


Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a Bac +2 (2-year higher education degree) in Hospitality/Catering is expected. 



First experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally gained in prestigious establishments, is a definite asset.



We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service, excellent presentation, and a true passion for the world of wines and spirits. Your organizational skills, rigor, and ability to work in a team will be essential. Good command of foreign languages is a valuable plus for interacting with our diverse clientele.
