Key Responsibilities


• Provide high-level administrative and support to the Compliance Department


• Review, check, and organise client contracts and employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness


• Maintain compliance records, filing systems, and databases in an orderly and up-to-date manner


• Liaise with internal teams and international clients across different time zones, ensuring timely communication and follow-up


• Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and compliance-related documents


• Support onboarding processes for new clients and employees under the company


• Flag discrepancies, inconsistencies, or risks identified in contracts or documentation to the Compliance team


• Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows for the department


• Respond promptly to client queries, both written and verbal, in English and French


• Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines in a multi-jurisdictional, global business environment


Requirements

Experience:


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, PA, or back-office role


• Prior experience in a compliance, legal, HR, or financial services environment is a strong advantage


Skills & Competencies:


• Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role


• Strong organisational and time management skills


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


• Comfortable working flexible or extended hours when required to support clients in different time zones


• Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team


• Confident communicator — both written and verbal


Languages:


• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) — essential
