To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, the Crew Department is currently seeking to hire a full-time Flight Operations Coordinator. This department is in charge of ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of our Crew Members.
Develop and maintain crew schedules, taking into account crew availability, flight requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Online Training: Please ensure that all mandatory training is completed within the given deadlines.
Duty Tracking: Accurate tracking of crew duty hours to ensure compliance and transparency.
Audit Preparation: preparing for upcoming authority audits. make sure all relevant documents and procedures are up-to-date.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure crew members are properly trained and qualified for assigned flights
Book flight and train tickets as well as hotel reservation
Monitor crew utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize crew resources
Handle crew changes, including replacements and substitutions, in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with crew members regarding their schedules, ensuring they are aware of any changes or updates
Prior experience in crew planning or a similar role within the aviation industry
The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills, be able to work under pressure and be dynamic
Proficiency in using crew planning software and other relevant tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Willingness to do shift work including nights & weekend
Fluent in English
