Flight Operations Coordinator

To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, the Crew Department is currently seeking to hire a full-time Flight Operations Coordinator. This department is in charge of ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of our Crew Members.

• Develop and maintain crew schedules, taking into account crew availability, flight requirements, and regulatory guidelines

  
  

• Online Training: Please ensure that all mandatory training is completed within the given deadlines.

  
  

• Duty Tracking: Accurate tracking of crew duty hours to ensure compliance and transparency.

  
  

• Audit Preparation: preparing for upcoming authority audits. make sure all relevant documents and procedures are up-to-date.

  
  

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure crew members are properly trained and qualified for assigned flights

  
  

• Book flight and train tickets as well as hotel reservation

  
  

• Monitor crew utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize crew resources

  
  

• Handle crew changes, including replacements and substitutions, in a timely and efficient manner

  
  

• Communicate with crew members regarding their schedules, ensuring they are aware of any changes or updates

  
  

• Prior experience in crew planning or a similar role within the aviation industry

  
  

• The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills, be able to work under pressure and be dynamic

  
  

• Proficiency in using crew planning software and other relevant tools

  
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  

• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

  
  

• Willingness to do shift work including nights & weekend

  
  

• Fluent in English
