· Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure multifunctional performance aligned with quality and safety standards.
· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including goods reception, storage, loading, and accurate inventory documentation.
· Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards, maintaining an organized and risk-free work environment.
· Manage equipment and forklift performance, reporting breakdowns and following up on preventive maintenance schedules.
· Optimize warehouse efficiency and storage capacity, applying FIFO principles and continuous improvement practices.
· Bachelor degree in Logistics, supply chain management or business management. A technical degree with relevant experience & logistics certification
· 3-5 years of proven experience in warehousing, logistics or a related field with supervisory experience.
· Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
· Physical ability to work in industrial environment.
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
· Languages: Arabic, English, French is a plus
